Shadow Sessions

The First step is to introduce you to our managers that will be leading the team.
Once we've identified the tasks we'll handle, our managers will shadow your staff for up to three weeks (FYI Free of cost) to understand your processes and begin creating detailed training materials and notes. The shadowing period typically lasts about a week, depending on the project's complexity. This comprehensive preparation ensures our team is fully ready to take on the tasks and deliver top-quality service to your company.
We handle all the tasks while your staff shadows our managers, gaining valuable insights into the process. A brief Q&A session with our team and your staff ensures smooth communication and understanding. From there, we're fully equipped to manage the tasks, allowing you to focus on your core business without any worries
