BPO’s Responsibility
BPO Solution Providers LLC will hire a full-time resource on behalf of the client to work as their remote employee. BPO will manage the resource and complete tasks based on the training material provided by the client.
Upfront Cost
The client will pay BPO $14.99 per hour for a minimum of 45 hours per week to hire and manage the resource. Additionally, the client will pay $45 per month for the phone line if they do not provide their own phone system, and a one-time setup fee of $200.
Payment Cycle
All payments are processed at the start of each month, covering a full month in advance.
Paid Pilot
The first month is a paid pilot period. Cancellation on or before the 30th day will prevent the 6-month contract from taking effect. However, the cost for the first month is non-refundable.
Contract Renewal
The contract automatically renews at the end of 3 months for the next 6 months unless a one-month prior notice is given. This does not apply if canceled during the first month's pilot period.
No Refund Policy
The client understands that BPO is contracting a full-time resource based on this agreement and must pay the resource hired for the client. Therefore, no refunds are available once the client signs this agreement.
Federal Holidays
Federal holidays are paid holidays. Resources take a one-hour lunch break during their 9-hour paid shift.
Mutual Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify BPO Solution Providers LLC (and vice versa) and its officers against any liability for obligations, judgments, claims, and costs, including attorney’s fees and court costs, arising from any acts or omissions by BPO Solution Providers LLC.
Severability
If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be limited to the extent necessary to be valid and enforceable, or removed if it cannot be limited. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Governing Law, Attorney’s Fees, and Modification of Agreement
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action to enforce or interpret this agreement must be filed in Georgia. Modifications to this agreement are only effective if written and signed by both parties.
Force Majeure & Act of God
BPO Solution Providers LLC is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that might cause a default in performing its duties under this agreement, including acts of God (such as tornadoes, earthquakes, and floods), vendor bankruptcies, company insolvency, labor disputes, or government seizure of assets.
Start of Trial Period
The pilot period begins five business days from the start of training or the day BPO agents start taking calls, whichever comes first.
Terms of Service Provided by BPO Solution Providers LLC
BPO Solution Providers LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use its services, the cost of procuring substitute services, unauthorized access to or alteration of data transmissions, or any other intangible losses. BPO’s liability to the client or any third party in connection with this agreement will not exceed the fees actually received. There are no refunds as services are provided on an hourly basis. Clients agree not to solicit employment from BPO employees without written approval from BPO management. BPO reserves the right to cancel services with a two-week prior notice. American Express cards incur an additional 5% surcharge. Prices may increase by 5-10% annually due to inflation.
Onshore Team Pricing
The cost for an onshore team is $24.99 per hour, with a one-time setup cost of $500 per agent.
